Invercargill Branch

The local group was formed by disabled people in the week after the March 18 announcement. All members now meet immediately after each protest to decide on the next major event and elect more volunteers to the committee.

Invercargill Branch Committee

The local committee meets weekly to hear reports from the campaign organisers and make all operational decisions regarding protests, public meetings, and other campaign activities.

All members in Southland are organised into teams. Each team is led by an experienced campaign organiser with full authority to make tactical decisions.

The committee members come from the disabled (autistic, blind, brittle-bone, deaf, EDS, and paraplegic), family and support workers.
