Technical Support

Disabled people are increasingly self-organising to defend their rights, and the website had to be changed to better support the growing campaign.

A national tech support team is comprised of volunteers who possess excellent IT skills.

The job

The website must be reliable and easy to navigate, accept donations, protect people's privacy, be accessible and support thousands of members.

In the background, automate every process using technology to make work easier and free people up to do important stuff.

  • Create and send a weekly email newsletter at the right time with the right message to the right people,
  • Sending donation receipts.
  • Process new members.
  • Information is not duplicated, so it can be updated in one place.
